Free returns only apply to items that have been damaged or have quality issues relating to a manufacturing fault, as outlined above.  Should you wish to return an item for any other reason, you will need to arrange to return the item with a registered courier, we can provide guidance on how to do this. Your refund will be processed once the items arrive back at our warehouse. Alternatively, we can provide a quote for arranging collection and return with our 3rd party courier partners and deduct this amount from your refund once the items have been collected.
