In the first instance, please inform the delivery team and ensure this is marked as damaged on arrival. Please then email us directly at enquiries@patio-gardenfurniture.co.uk/info@rustichouse.co.uk with your order number, brief description of damage, imagery of product and any damaged packaging if applicable.
Once we have received this information, we will raise this with our third-party courier and warehouse and will be back in touch within 48 hours to take the next step in resolving this for you.
